The 2023 East China Normal University (ECNU) Experience Diverse China Summer Program recently came to an end in Shanghai.
The program, which took place from July 17 to Aug 11, was attended by 66 foreigners from 12 countries. It comprised Chinese courses, a tour of Shanghai, cultural experience activities, a visit to fintech company Alipay, and a field trip to the scenic tourist city of Guilin.
At the closing ceremony on Aug 11, participants reviewed and shared what they had learned from the four-week program.
A South Korean student said she was impressed by the beautiful nighttime sights of Zhujiajiao in Shanghai. A Vietnamese student thanked ECNU teachers for their warm care.
ECNU teachers praised the participants' learning achievements and encouraged them to continue to learn Chinese and visit China again in the future.
